C / N ratio: The average ratio between Carbon and Nitrogen is 9.
pH value: the average pH value in this organic fertilizer is 7.
Organic fertilizers have a neutral effect on the soil. The capacity of acid bonding is 2+, with low Chlorine values. The level of Chlorine is under 0.5%. Organic fertilizers contain a lower level of non-pathogen bacteria per gram. This organic fertilizer is free of animal and plant pathogens due to its specific production process. Each delivery is followed by a veterinary certificate.
The unique production process guarantees that this product is weeds – free. Mechanical throw test has shown the following results:
Variation coefficient 12-15 %
Work width 14 meters
Working speed 7 km / hour
Quantity 700 kg.
The volume mass of the organic fertilizer is 700 kg/m3 (= 0,7). Average pellet length is between 5- and 8-mm. Average pellet diameter is 5 mm.
Such organic fertilizer is dissolved in 3 – 5 minutes. In practice, organic fertilizer will dissolve after one rain. The time required for the structure of the pellet to brake will depend on the quantity of rain.
Organic matter: Most of the organic matter is composed of dead leaves and other plant materials, along with manure of different animals. Mineralization decomposes organic matter, releasing non-organic nutrients that can be used by the plants.
The demand for organic matter can be satisfied through this organic fertilizer. Organic matter has the following functions:
Improves soil structure
Promotes growth of soil microorganisms
Increases water retention capacity
Besides the above indicated functions, organic matter improves yield, particularly on lower quality soils. This effect is called the „plus factor “. Research in Holland has shown that the combined use of mineral fertilizers and organic fertilizers increase yield 3 – 5 %.
Organic fertilizers nurture soil, not plants. The soil itself will have a higher capacity to provide for the plants. Organic fertilizers help maintain overall soil fertility, increasing organic matter and improving soil structure, besides added basic plant nutrients. Organic fertilizers are usually produced from byproducts of living organisms. The product that provides most nutrients in organic fertilizers is animal waste. The fertilizer contains approximately 65% of organic matter. This organic fertilizer, produced from animal waste, is certified by the Ministry of agriculture, environment and food quality and Holland Institute for food and consumer safety (nVVA).
